For years we dreamed about running a retail business in the borough of West Chester where individuals with special needs, like our daughter, could work and thrive. When we had the opportunity to purchase an already established and successful flower shop on High Street, we couldn't pass up the chance to make our dream a reality. Our goal was to provide an opportunity for meaningful, independent, and purposeful work to those with intellectual disabilities.
